By placing an order with Peptest, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Peptest provides independent analytical testing for research chemical compounds. We deliver professional Certificate of Analysis (CoA) reports including identity verification, quantitative purity analysis, and a unique online verification code. Testing is performed by an accredited third-party laboratory.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify. All prices are listed in EUR. Peptest reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at its discretion.

3. Sample Submission

After ordering, you will receive shipping instructions by email. You are responsible for shipping your sample to our processing address and covering the associated shipping costs. Samples must be properly sealed, clearly labeled, and submitted in a reasonable quantity as specified in the instructions. Peptest is not liable for samples lost or damaged during transit.

4. Turnaround Time

Reports are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date we receive your sample. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround may vary depending on sample complexity or laboratory capacity.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your order before your sample has been received by us for a full refund. Once a sample has been received and processing has commenced, the order is non-refundable. If we are unable to process your sample due to insufficient quantity, improper labeling, or other issues within our control, a full refund will be issued.

6. Confidentiality

All client and submission information is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Test results are provided for informational and quality-assurance purposes only. Peptest accepts no liability for decisions made based on test results. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.
