By placing an order with Peptest, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. The Service

Peptest provides independent laboratory analysis of peptide samples. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute peptides. Our service is strictly the testing and reporting of samples you supply.

2. Legal Information

Peptest is operated from Belgium. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from our service will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium.

3. Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs to send your sample to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Peptest cannot be held liable for samples lost, delayed, or damaged during transport. If your vial is damaged in transit, we are unable to process the test or offer compensation — the shipping risk is entirely yours. Samples are not returned after testing.

4. Sample Accuracy

Our analysis is performed exclusively on the sample you provide. We cannot verify whether the sample is representative of your full batch or stock. Test results apply only to the specific sample submitted. Peptest is not responsible for results that do not reflect your broader stock due to an unrepresentative or incorrectly prepared sample.

5. No Medical Advice

Test results are for informational purposes only. Nothing in our reports constitutes medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical advice. Do not make health or treatment decisions based solely on our reports. Consult a qualified medical professional before using any substance.

6. Refunds

Once a test has been completed and a report has been issued, no refunds are provided — regardless of the result. A negative or unexpected result (impurity, degradation, incorrect compound) does not entitle you to a refund of the testing fee.

If Peptest or our laboratory partner loses or irreparably damages your sample before testing begins, you will receive a full refund of the testing fee. In that case, we will contact you within 5 business days.

7. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use the substances you submit for testing. Peptest provides analytical results only — not guidance on use, dosage, or legality. We accept no legal liability for any consequences arising from your use of peptides or your interpretation of our reports.

8. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
